About Peter Johnson

After the realization set in that I would not make it as a professional baseball player (I wasn't that close), I spent my time searching for another calling that provided me the same environment that I came to love in athletics. I wanted to land at a company that I could put the work ethic and drive I gained through college athletics to use. I now put those principles to work at TalentBridge. In a tightening talent market where unemployment has reached all-time lows and the costs of a bad hire are ever increasing, a motor for perfection is paramount. As a Client Engagement Leader, I am afforded the opportunity to compete for my clients to bring them top talent. I am available. I am transparent. I bring an athlete's mentality to the work world.
