Who I am: Solutions-driven business and security analyst with over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in the development, documentation and delivery of process innovations. Primarily IT experience has been developed in the telecommunication and financial services. Strengths include process modelling and redesign, highly complex project engagement, and problem analysis and resolution. Skilled in providing solutions to meet business needs and budget and integrating security and IT technologies for positive business experience. What I bring: A very positive approach to problem analysis and resolution; being able to identify different resolutions to potential opportunities for an organization to take advantage of. I subscribe to the principle of being a “trusted advisor” to the organization. I build trusting relationships between the business and IT, being that person that can bridge both worlds to develop effective solutions and opportunities! Being able bridge both worlds allows for the best approach for delivering solutions that meets an organization’s needs! What drives me: Seeing how my work has positively enhanced an organization from by reducing internal costs to providing quicker time to market for new initiatives to improving customer satisfaction and retention! This continuously motives me to improve, challenge and find better ways to deliver for an organization!
