Manager with extensive experience in various Finance areas: financial and risk analysis/deal pricing, Controlling, FP & A, Regulatory and Capital reporting, mainly in the IT, technology and insurance sectors. • Management of a team of 30 financial controllers and FPRA analysts in the Budapest SSO/SSC, covering the Fixed Costs part of the P&L for all the six Business Groups of Nokia globally; • Capital requirement calculation for a London-based insurance company, the prerequisite for its operating licence, with £4.9bn Premium Revenue, in line with Solvency II regulations; • Accurate preparation and timely submission of 20 different returns, on an annual basis, to various regulatory bodies in the UK and the US for the same consolidated entity; • Successful management of all FP & A processes in a region with a combined annual Insurance Premium Revenue of $300m; • Finance / Controlling Manager responsibility for a region generating $350m revenue in IT outsourcing; • Successful setup and management of a 20-strong team of opportunity consultants, providing financial analysis and pricing support for IT deals across Europe.
