About Peter Karlsson

I’m interested of roles that consist of a mixture of leadership, coordination and technology. It could be roles as team leader, coordinator, manager or project manager in areas as test, design, operation, maintenance and support. I’m a determined and energetic person with a natural talent for leadership, and has a good eye for the big picture. Leadership: I am a committed leader who is more a generalist than a specialist and with the ability to see the individuals as well as the whole team. By involvement, delegation, continuous monitoring and clear communication, we reach our common goals. Project Management: Project manager focusing on the team, common goals and to deliver a "product"​ the team is satisfied with. Communication: My communication is honest, direct and clear. I'm used to work across a wide network of contacts that may involve a number of different groups and nationalities. Qualifications: Project Management- Product introduction of new telecom products / components- Product Transfer Project, the relocation of software development from a country in Asia to Sweden- Project Manager Test Automation, 8-12 persons- Test Project manager, system testing on network level, 15-20 persons. Managerial & Leadership- 3 years’ experience in project management - 10 years’ experience as team leader and test coordination of integration and system testing on network level - 1.5 years’ experience as manager for Network TCM at Ericsson and the Recreation Center at Mariebergsgården Customer relations- Extensive contacts with various Ericsson development units and deployment units around the world - Broad experience of interworking in a multicultural and international working environment
