My favorite part of the day is when there is a problem. You gather up your team, bunker down in a room full of snacks, and start throwing out idea's on how you can fix it. Bit by bit, everyone puts in their say on how they think it can be fixed. After a couple of exciting discussions, your team has put together a unified idea on how it can be solved. Solving problems is why I got into working with technology. I can extract requirements and communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders and dive in deep with the technical team on design and engineering. My extensive leadership training, thanks to the Canadian Armed Forces, allows me to lead and grow a team when needed or sit back and help others meet their potential. My specialties include quickly learning new technologies, problem-solving, and being customer-driven. Over the years I have gotten to work on many stacks on desktop, mobile, and web.
