Experiences gained working as an SAP Administrator in T-Systems, NNIT and DHL (currently) as well: First level support of the SAP systems(basic checks if the systems is unavailable, restart of SAP systems, investigation from system logs, adding and importing of transports and investigation of issues with transports etc.), maintenance of the systems(changing of SAP parameters, update of kernel, installation of support packs, user management), investigating customer´s issues and errors in SAP, checking and taking care of the customer´s service, investigation monitoring errors/alerts created from SolMan. Excellent knowledge of operation systems Windows and Linux/Unix/AIX. All the operation systems used every day while working with SAP Systems or even for personal use. Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting and investigation of issues (advanced knowledge of commands of all operation systems). Excellent command of MS Office package.(MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.) Excellent command of ticketing tools such as ServiceManager9, HP ServiceManager 7, Remedy, etc. Basic knowledge of ITIL (Change, Incidents, Problem Incidents.) Excellent command of applications to monitor SAP Jobs such as like Cronacle 7 and 8, UC4 and Autosys Excellent verbal and writing skills (in English, Slovak, Hungarian) to create good relationship with colleagues and also with the customer (team work, understanding, co-operation, nice behaviour). Able of combination of the work load with long and short term tasks at the same time, also good organization of Multiple tasks regarding to the priority of the tasks
