My leadership is built on a clear philosophy: I lead with purpose, partnering with Business and Product leaders to translate high-level strategy into an actionable roadmap that focuses my teams on what matters most. I empower through systems, creating frameworks for "guided ownership" that give teams the autonomy to innovate while delivering with quality and predictability. Above all, I grow people, creating a proactive culture of coaching and mentorship where my team members can do their best work and develop into the next generation of leaders. As a leader, I also act as a pathfinder for emerging technologies like Generative AI, personally building initial frameworks and prototypes to de-risk them and clear a path for my team.
