With over two years of experience in customer service, sales, and security, I am currently a beverage vendor at Quality Beverage, where I deliver quality products and services to clients across various locations and events. I am responsible for setting up, stocking, and maintaining beverage stations, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. In addition to my customer service and sales skills, I have a strong interest and background in web development and testing. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Arizona State University, where I also obtained three certifications in web development with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and APIs. I have applied my web development and testing skills to create and improve user interfaces, functionalities, and performance of various websites and applications.
