I'm a Product Owner and Agile leader with over a decade of experience driving enterprise software delivery, leading global Scrum teams, and turning complex system challenges into customer-centric solutions. My current focus: leading Supportability strategy and feature development for Dell’s PowerScale NAS platform—a system trusted for large-scale, unstructured data workloads. In 2024, I spearheaded an 8-month transition of the Supportability component area to offshore teams, guiding 29 engineers through the transition, knowledge transfer, and ownership adoption with minimal impact on delivery velocity. I also led two teams that delivered nine high-impact features that cut support call volume by annually and reduced technician workload by over hours. My approach blends deep technical understanding with product vision and team enablement. I’ve developed feature delivery strategies adopted across the org, mentored Scrum Leads and fellow Product Owners, and consistently championed a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.
