Passionate and experienced in Consumer Product Research & Development, Delivery and Test Validation, IT Software Testing, and Program management across channel business, e-business, interactive portal, satellite broadcasting, over-the-top application and set-top-box, CRM and QMS (Quality Management System), over the last 20+ years. Deep involvement and chairing the stakeholder communication meeting on delivery and milestone. Practical experience in rapid product development, agile methodology implementation, manual and automated test management, and problem solving through hypothesis forming that path the way for data gathering/analysis to determine cost effective short/long term product features/solutions. A goal-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities. Organized, highly motivated, and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Also proven ability to work in unison with staff, vendor, and board of directors. Strongest strength is fast learning and implementer for change, as well as driving core business values within reasonable time.
