About Peter Koo

As the Chief Leadership Officer, Peter will lead his team in building a comprehensive system to identify and develop the leadership necessary for Quest Global’s growth. This initiative aims to scale the company to meet its strategic goals as a centenary organization by intentionally developing the second and third generations of leaders. He is also pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree at Rutgers Business School, focusing on organizational management. His academic research intersects leadership, transformation, and culture. Peter is a former Partner at Egon Zehnder, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm. With over 30 years of consulting and leadership experience, Peter has served leading institutions across North America and Asia Pacific. He has provided various services, including board consulting, CEO succession, talent management, senior leadership development, and executive search. He has also advised his clients on strategy development, post-merger integration, business transformation, and risk management. Peter’s mission is to help empower and enable organizations to navigate complex and dynamic markets and create a positive and lasting impact for stakeholders. He is passionate about developing and nurturing talent, fostering collaboration and innovation, and driving performance and growth. He is also keen to apply his analytical skills and domain expertise to his doctoral research and to contribute to the academic and professional community.
