Broad spectrum of industry experience, both as an Executive and a Consultant (including large / mid / small caps), with deep working knowledge of Australian Manufacturing, Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Beverage & Consumer industries. Extensive expertise in developing and executing successful long-term and/or tactical Debt and Equity strategic frameworks as well as experience in high-profile corporate transactions, notably the demergers of Mayne Group (2006) and Fosters / TWE (2011).
