Currently serving as Head/Director of Programme Development and Quality at Plan International Sierra Leone, I provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, delivery, and evaluation of gender-transformative and rights-based programmes, ensuring alignment with global strategies and national development priorities. My leadership spans across multisectoral portfolios—child protection, education, health, and youth empowerment—driving evidence-based programming, systems strengthening, and policy influencing.
