More than 15 years experiences with deployment, testing, maintenance, and integration of point of sale and payment systems. I have been a project manager for various projects in the last 5 years and managed few teams worldwide. I'm orientated towards problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and getting results. Everything we do in Retail IT is to deliver business value. IT is increasingly enabling a business transformation towards a leaner, more agile, more resilient, and competitive Retail business. The strategic partnering between IT and business is critical to capitalize on the business value opportunities, leveraging market standard solutions and digital technology developments whilst at the same time protecting the integrity and security of the existing landscape. IT must act as the “strategic voice of reason” to drive out business complexity.
