About Peter Kunz

As a Principal Customer Success Account Manager, my priority is to support customers during their journey towards innovation. Innovation these days is similar to Cloud Technology and Artificial Intelligence. As Microsoft ‘means’ Cloud Technology, I supported many customers during their journey to the Cloud (Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365). Upfront Microsoft, I drove various challenging (international) programs to a satisfactory end. My background in both Management and Consultancy proved to be an excellent basis for Program Management. Valuing empathy, I can easily put my finger on frustration and dissatisfaction. Showing genuine empathy for frustration, is the start for establishing a mutual beneficial relationship. At various occasions, I was brought to the scene as a ‘peace bringer’. As a result, I was able to rescue various programs/relationships that were heading for disaster. Out of the office, I often can be found in my studio creating oil paintings. Reading books that add to my knowledge is another favorite pastime. These books range from ‘Quantum Mechanics’ to the ‘Dutch Tulip Fever’ during the 17th century (and anything in between).
