About Peter L. Stafl

Peter Stafl is responsible for Nicola Institutional Realty Advisors'(NIRA) property management and leasing operations for the Ontario industrial and office portfolio managed on behalf of both institutional and private direct investors. Peter has over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, with a unique blend of both landlord and commercial brokerage expertise. Over his career, Peter has been directly responsible for the leasing of over 15 million square feet of office, industrial and retail buildings in the Canadian marketplace. Prior to joining Blackwood in 2009, Peter spent 9 years with GWL Realty Advisors Inc. as Senior Director of Leasing responsible for their downtown Toronto office portfolio, 7 years in commercial brokerage with Colliers International, all after starting his real estate career with Bramalea Limited in 1983. In addition to his operational role, Peter is the Broker of Record for Blackwood’s Ontario brokerage operation licensed as Blackwood Partners Realty Inc. with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Western Ontario, Huron College (1983).
