About Peter Lamb

I am a partner in the Technology Companies Group at the global corporate law firm Orrick, where my practice focuses principally on representing public and private technology, life sciences and other high growth companies, as well as the private equity, venture capital and other financial institutions that help fund them. Working from the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest, I bring deep experience and a highly practical, commercial approach to minority growth investments, buy-side and sell-side M&A, public securities offerings and corporate governance. Prior to joining Orrick, I spent over 9 years at Davis Polk, as well as two years with a Boston-based venture capital fund. I am a native Oregonian and have lived and worked in the Bay Area and Asia with a wide range of U.S. and international clients, advising recently on cross-border investments in the UK, Israel, Brazil, Germany, Denmark, India, Singapore and China.
