Peter is an Information Technology professional with extensive experience in strategic, program/project and operational development, complimented by sound business and leadership skills, which ensure a pragmatic business-driven approach. Peter boasts a very wide industry background including manufacturing, professional services, property development, financial services, technology and government and has held CIO/Director of IT roles at several leading firms. Peter provided Program Management services focused on the delivery of national and international ERP solutions for a large global manufacturing organisation. The ERP program included onboarding new companies (acquisitions), functional analysis and alignment, migration of data from legacy systems, and consolidation of disparate solutions. The program of works also included objectives to streamline processes and procedures across discrete businesses and positioning the business to drive towards digital transformation – EDI, eCommerce and retail services. Peter has recently complemented his ERP delivery with Point of Sales (POS) and eCommerce projects linked to ERP solutions.
