About Peter Last

Currently working in the role as Manager Performance and Analytics as part of the Program Delivery (PD) management team, involving high-level business intelligence/analytics, strategy, operational planning, performance reporting, business management, analysis of commercial investments, business financial health checks, budget development/monitoring and property management support. In my previous position, I managed the business operations of several agribusinesses (beef, sheep meat, wool, horticulture and a meat processing facility) over nine years. A key aim of these businesses was to provide employment for Indigenous Australians and help develop skills and infrastructure for local Indigenous communities to run their own agribusinesses. I have considerable experience and skills is in analysing, developing and managing agribusiness operations, spanning a wide range of agricultural industries.
