If something is really important, you should write it by hand. I learned this from my grandfather at a very early age. When I think of him today, I always get the box with all his handwritten letters and read them. That is a memory that no one can take away from me. You can feel and smell a handwritten letter. It is a sensory experience of a special kind. It expresses appreciation and strengthens existing relationships. My vision with Wunderpen leans on this feeling: A world full of good relationships and appreciation.
