About Peter Leon

Mr. Li joined Accenture Greater China in January 2016 and is currently the Managing Director of Business Development. He is responsible for business and digital transformation of large enterprises and is committed to helping Chinese enterprises grow long-term, robust and sustainable with digitalization. During his service in Accenture, he has held the positions of Solution Director of Technology Innovation Business Unit and Innovation Director of Intelligent Operations Business Unit, and has rich experience in the field of enterprise operation strategy and implementation. Prior to joining Accenture, Mr. Li worked in the field of enterprise operation services and technology innovation for more than 20 years, holding positions such as Director of Technology Solutions in Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services Business Group in China, Director of Global Service Management in Lenovo Group, and Senior Technologist in Microsoft. He has worked for well-known enterprises at home and abroad, such as Sinopharm, China Minmetals, Hisense, TCL, Vision, Vanke, BMW and Starbucks. He has rich and complete design, solution and implementation experience in the field of digital transformation. He is good at breaking the barriers between business and business and IT, reshaping digital transformation methods from the business value perspective, optimizing organization and business process in a planned and step-by-step manner, opening up business flow, information flow and data flow, so as to achieve successful transformation. Mr. Li graduated from Tianjin Medical University with a degree in preventive medicine and later received his master's degree in information management from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is a positive and neutral person, friendly to others, understated and natural, with a good big picture and strategic determination, practicing long-termism, and has refined strong strategic planning, team collaboration management and implementation implementation skills during the long-term corporate practice. In addition to his core work skills, he is also a professional coach (PCC) certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), helping to improve communication efficiency at work. In addition to his daily work, he enjoys middle and long distance running, rowing and reading, and is curious and aware of new things.
