I put all of my focus in understanding how things work. My dedication to detail and efficiency is evident in my hobby of modifying and maintaining automobiles and boats—in a world where the temptation to immediately Google solutions and answers is strong, I am driven by self-reliance and critical thinking. My lifelong fascination with automotive and marine technology have sharpened my technical skills and have set me on a path to pursue mechanical engineering. In addition to being a full-time mechanical engineering student at Florida International University, I am currently a Boat Captain and Water Sports Instructor at Miami Water Sports Complex. In this role, I prioritize safety and client satisfaction, honing my communication skills and reinforcing the importance of attentiveness and interpersonal connection. Whether I'm meticulously working on a car, providing clear instruction on the water, or leading a class project, I enjoy the process of formulating strategic plans and experiencing the satisfaction of successful execution.
