About Peter Lohbeck

I (1958) have been an inspiring trainer in the area of (fire)safety. During my work (31 yrs Shell and 20 yrs local fire brigade) I achieved a considerable experience in training people to manage the risks during their normal work and in emergencies. This experience combined with the knowledge of building structures, fire safety systems and organizations does make that I have an uniqueness in my training- and exercise sessions. I also give toolbox sessions and training sessions about observing unsafe behaviors. Being accredited in several coaching techniques, I have a broad knowledge and experience in the human behavior in all circumstances. Since the reorganization at Shell in 2011 I am able to choose my work on a daily basis and most important according my own wishes and passion. At this moment I am the driver of the ambulances from HADOKS (Haaglandse Dokters) and the assistant to the MD's who are accompanying us. We act on medical emergencies at home and when needed at public areas and streets. Being an host for several seminars and facilitator for many company conferences made me an excellent event facilitator with the ability to inspire, to transform and to bring out the best in others. I have the understanding to serve an organization, to assist the attendees and to create added value. To create a conscious culture of trust and safety making the above possible, is my passion and my skill.
