Head of U10-U13 and grassroots clubs partnerships (Future Vejle). U13 is the youngest academy team in the club, but in the U10-U12's we have 1-2 weekly trainings with players from the local clubs providing a pathway to the clubs attractive academy ranking among the top clubs in Denmark. Future Vejle is Vejle Boldklubs local partnership with 30+ grassroots clubs. The aim of the partnership is to raise the football level in the local area of one the most densely populated areas of Denmark.
