About Peter Luu

Ever since I was little, I have always had a natural desire for marketing. I would attempt to sell things/ideas that I genuinely believed in to those around me, such as pointing out the benefits of electric mobility and successfully getting my mom to lease her first electric car a couple years back. As I grew older, this passion for marketing evolved alongside the world of social media. I had a significant interest in a mobile racing game during high school, and I took advantage of my devotion in the game by creating a worldwide community centered around it through an Instagram page that was built from the ground up. Being able to spread awareness and in a way, “market” the game in support of the game’s creators, was a very fulfilling achievement for me. However, I did not want to just stop there. After a summer marketing internship in my senior year of high school and a couple semesters in a marketing association here at CSU Long Beach, I have been blessed with new resources and knowledge, from learning how to create marketing graphics in Canva to generating personalized marketing campaigns. Nonetheless, there is still so much more for me to learn and I am very excited for what is in store for me in my remaining years of education at CSU Long Beach.
