About Peter Lysell

Peter has, over the last 2 decades, been working as a consultant. He has successfully carried out work in more than 15 different countries including; Japan, China, USA, The Netherlands, Check Republic, Great Britain, Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Based on the fundamental belief that organizations grow if the people within the organization get the chance to grow, Peter has supported leadership development and organizational change processes in a large variety of industries including University environments. Based on Peter’s broad experiences from different cultures and different industries he has, together with his colleagues within the Sharing Insight network, developed a deep insight into how to tailor make the development activities that lead to results; both for the individual as well as the organization.
