As the Director of Growth & Strategic Initiatives at Coranet, a leading provider of real estate technology and IT solutions and services, I oversee the development and execution of the company's growth strategy, including identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, expanding business groups, streamlining project execution, modernizing front and back office, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, and refining capabilities and metrics. In my current role, I leverage my skills and credentials as a Certified ScrumMaster® and an MBA graduate from Columbia Business School to lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
