Business deals depend on speed, focus and determination. As a business owner you know that you need a team that supports you and your objectives and helps you do the deal. That means a solicitor who listens, acts quickly and decisively, understands and cares about you and your business and who wants to do the deal. All too often though instead of this support you get hesitancy, ambivalence and silence. If you don't have great communication with your solicitor key actions are missed or duplicated; if your solicitor is slow or indecisive the deal gets bogged down; and if your solicitor does not really understand and care about you and your business the deal drifts. Then the best case scenario is higher costs and delay but the worst case scenario is that the deal is lost. This is easy to avoid. I am the solicitor who solves problems rather than putting up hurdles. I always ensure that I take the time to understand you and your business: what you want to achieve and what is important to you. I encourage constant communication with my clients so we both know what is happening and when. And, being in business myself and having been privileged to see first hand some great entrepreneurs in action, I understand business and I want to make your deal a success.
