About Peter Marijetic

I've been managing and maintaining in high end luxury properties since 2011, I worked for Candy & Candy where I was responsible for multiple properties at One Hyde Park and all single unit developments where I helped deliver projects which involved snagging, report writing and closing out items in properties to make sure they were sale/handover ready. I am now with Concept Bespoke Ltd where my role is to manage all aspects of maintenance, aftercare and small works for our growing clientele. I have many years of experience of working in very high quality properties and am adept working with all sorts of systems in properties of the highest standards and all systems integrated. I work with and manage our maintenance team, am in constant contact with clients either by phone, email or face to face and will endeavour to serve and satisfy at all times. The bulk of my work involves planned maintenance services, small works, snagging, report writing, invoicing and any aftercare needs a property may require.
