About Peter Matthew

I lead the technology and support operation for the US, Canada, EMEA, and Asia. In this role, I partner daily across all technology teams, including, but not limited to, Network Engineering, InfoSec, and Infrastructure. This global exposure has fine-tuned my soft skills, enabling me to better manage diverse teams across different time zones and cultural nuances. Within my first year at WeWork, I spearheaded an initiative to provide training and shadowing to entry-level employees to transition into the technology team. I am very comfortable with start-up spaces and expansion. I have a knack for developing and implementing procedures to aid our customers in navigating the technology landscape. As a project manager, I have successfully collaborated with engineering teams to deploy crucial systems such as MDM and internet security platforms and migrate internal communication channels. These efforts led to a significant increase in user adoption and a streamlined workflow, resulting in a more efficient and secure technology environment.
