Skilled in advanced hydraulic and electrical systems troubleshooting. Experienced in machines control and fitting (also by using overhead crane and boom). Hands-on experience in using hand and electrical tools and fitting machines. Skilled in specifying and crimping of hydraulic hoses. Co-leading of life test of a new product as part of R&D project and team management. Development of test stations and leading of commissioning products. Implementation of new products to production and transition of existing products to other plants using lean tools. Conducting crash tests of vehicles and road side furniture in cooperation with other teams according to Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP), Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) and manufacturers’ requirements. Cooperated with teams from Australia, Germany and the USA in constantly changing environment.
