With a wealth of experience setting up and executing major projects across the globe, including new business ventures, PMC’s and JV’s, Peter is familiar with the key issues and challenges facing established and new business. Peter effectively and inclusively coordinates leadership cultures and practices to enable organisations to sustainably benefit from and leverage off their strengths. Leveraging off his strong technical background knowledge of FEED/EPCm/EPC and Consulting Engineering Services businesses, solid commercial background and proven ability to apply business acumen, Peter is able to ensure strategic goals achieve stakeholder buy-in and are driven through to realization. Peter’s brings extensive cross-cultural management and leadership experience, gained in places as diverse as: South and North Africa, Germany, United Kingdom, China, CIS countries, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
