I've delivered mission-critical solutions in complex and challenging environments in social services, public administration and national security government agencies. With a collaborative working style and excellent stakeholder management skills, I have a strong track record of developing people and building high-performing delivery teams, having managed diverse project teams comprising of up to 80 consultants, including across geographies in both a distributed global delivery model and on international work assignments. I have developed deep industry knowledge in government and technology, with expertise in systems integration and case management solutions.
