With almost 18 years of progressive experience, I specialize in developing and executing IT efforts that optimize operational efficiency, enhance end-user productivity, and support the needs of the business. I am committed to not only getting things done, but getting them done right. As the IT Director for End User Services at Santander US, I have directly contributed to bottom-line success and improved internal customer satisfaction. In this role I have driven transformation efforts within the Executive Support, Mobile Device Management, Video Conferencing, and MacOS administration areas, with a focus on standards-driven excellence and cost-efficiency.
