I help leaders in technology and creative fields navigate the irresolvable dance between acceptance and self-improvement in their personal, relational, and professional lives. By focusing on embodied intelligence and dissolving outdated avoidance strategies, I support individuals in expressing themselves as distinct and open-hearted leaders in the face of a complex and ever-changing landscape.Leveraging my extensive experience—including completion of the three-year retreat curriculum in Vajrayana Buddhism and my role as a practicing ordained priest—I provide coaching and workshops focused on awareness practice, nervous system regulation, and unconditional kindness. My methods help clients manage stress, maintain calm, cultivate embodied presence, and respond skillfully to challenging situations. My expertise synthesizes workshop facilitation, leadership, mentoring, business development, academic lecturing, and industry speaking.
