Currently serving as a Principal Solution Consultant at Genesys, I have spent the last years dedicated to enhancing customer experiences.At Genesys, I'm at the forefront of leveraging cloud and AI technologies to connect customer moments across marketing, sales, and service channels. My role involves not only delivering results but also fostering sustainability as an Ambassador, reflecting my commitment to environmental responsibility.Prior to my role at Genesys, I had the privilege of owning and operating my own company for a decade. During this time, I provided expert advice on energy-saving measures and conducted nationwide air tightness testing and thermography. I also ventured into solar energy solutions through Ecostream Solar Panels.My freelance roles at companies like Dell, Toshiba, Infrabel and Belfius Bank have allowed me to manage complex projects, including large-scale deployments, system upgrades, and network migrations. I thrive on the challenges of project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to expanding my knowledge and sharing it with others, from coaching and training engineers to supporting sales and pre-sales efforts. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler and ultra trail runner, often exploring nature and challenging myself on long-distance runs after hours.
