About Peter Menezes

As Global Head of HSE for Fosroc, my role is to manage and structure the integration of Fosroc into Saint Gobain. With over 28 sites within Fosroc, the plan is designed to follow a Risk Based Approach supported by KPI's aligned with the Saint Gobain overall objectives. The success of this integration will be achieved through building confidence and competency within the team and ensuring that implementations are as simple as possible, With an excellent Financial, Commercial and Legal acumen coupled with more than 30+ years of experience in the chemical blending industry I have led and managed Technical, Supply Chain, Operations, HSE and Business Management functions across some of the biggest OPCO's within the Fosroc Group. My focus, passion and expertise in HSE and Operations are in Sustainability, Process Safety Management, Incident Investigation, Occupational Health, Environmental Management, Construction Services, Training and Management, with my specialty being, turning around facilities to meet Legal Compliance Standards in HSE, working on new build or factory upgrades, and developing a strong and sustainable HSE culture. Have worked internationally in the Sultanate of Oman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, India, China and Southeast Asia.
