I am a strategic and passionate HSE professional with a track record of continually improving safety performance and developing cultural change through influencing and engaging people within all levels of the organisation. I have over 10 year experience in health and safety within large Australian organisations managing health and safety. This includes a wide range of experience including safety leadership training, employee frontline management, HSE strategy development, implementing HSE management systems, planning and reporting, workers compensation, injury management and working closely with the Executive leadership teams to drive cultural change. I always bring a strong risk based approach to all that I do but always ensure this is balanced with the requirements of the business to make commercially sound decisions. I am a passionate believer that everyone should go home safely everyday and that workers compensation is not simply a cost of doing business. I also have a strong technical background linked with post graduate qualifications to develop and drive high performance and results focused cultures.
