About Peter Meyer

I am driven by innovative IT technologies and able to translate them into new digital solutions for the business – fast, flexible and reliable. I am listening to the business requirements to envision a target operating model but start with a solid review of existing business processes and its underlying IT solutions and processes. I encourage people to step back and questioning ingrained behavior and working processes to ensure that the right technical solution will be implemented and ultimately adding value to the business. I do have a solid technical background and I am able to seize business opportunities quickly which are offered by bridging or enhancing existing or new technological solutions. I successfully led international and diverse IT organizations up to 1800 people through complex change programs and transformations acknowledging and managing cultural differences while executing the change. Managing appropriate information and communication channels towards C-level executives, employees and workers’ representatives in times of change are part of my experience and competence. As a realistic Optimist I believe and experienced that all challenges can be managed with the a diverse team and mindset to the benefit for the customer no matter how harsh things might be.
