Thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Peter. I practised as an advocate for twenty-five years at the Scottish Bar before making a transition into technology ten years ago. Whilst working at the Bar was highly rewarding, it was also hugely stressful. There was always too much to do in the time available. Indeed, for many litigators, the amount of information that needs to be processed and evaluated for each new case is only increasing. What we require now is better, more effective tools to manage this. Technology is starting to offer some great solutions, but few practitioners seem to be aware of this. In my role as Product Owner, I work with software engineers and developers to build tools specifically for litigation. My experience as an advocate allows me to act as a conduit between the worlds of law and technology, and connect litigators with the right tools for them, in order to help them work more productively, and save valuable time.
