I have significant experience in Property, Facilities and Asset Management roles within commercial enterprises and similarly within the Not for Profit sector, my experience ranges from that of Operations Manager, Asset & Development Manager, Commercial Property Asset Manager, Commercial Property Manager and Commercial Facilities Manager all of which I have made a significant and positive contribution to my team, my employer, the client and similarly the end user. My experiences within the commercial property sector includes, but isn’t limited to the development, integration, execution, delivery and ongoing management of - • Contractors and Service Level Agreements; • Fire Systems & Services – Automatic Fire Detection, Automatic Sprinkler Systems, Gaseous Suppression Systems, Portable Appliances; • Mechanical Services – All HVAC; • Hydraulic Services; • Electrical Services; • Workplace Health and Safety; • Motor Vehicles; • Grounds Maintenance; • Security; • Essential Services; and • Soft Services I have an intimate understanding of the importance and need for the seamless delivery of all hard and soft services, so as to ensure effective and efficient property delivery outcomes whilst maintaining a financially and strategically robust business. I have managed commercial assets that were Leased by Commonwealth Departments and Agencies (Australian Federal, Police, Air Transport Safety Bureau, Department of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries, Department of Education, Employment and Training and Australian Tax Office) and a diverse selection of private businesses/enterprises. Portfolio and property size that I have had oversight and management of were diverse with individual commercial assets ranging from Gross Floor Areas of 1,800m2 through to residential assets numbering approximately 1,200 (units and houses).
