Fulfillment is my passion. Whether that’s empowering co-workers to grow and achieve their goals or making sure our customers can take their sofas home today, I connect people to the right resources to fulfill their ambitions. I assemble dynamic teams to execute with excellence by building productive relationships between my team, commercial partners, and vendors. I support long-term strategic planning by analyzing metrics and operational figures such as visitation, sales data, and service margins, to secure goal achievement and development. As the In-Store Logistics manager, I coordinate the Goods Flow teams and the Sales & Supply Support teams to secure high stock availability for our customers, whether they're in store or online. I lead and develop a driven, passionate, and talented team, along with managing a large warehousing operation spanning two buildings. As a member of the senior management team in the store, I am a partner in goal setting and strategic long term planning for market growth. With over a decade in retail sales experience, my role today is about being in the vanguard of the transition from a brick-and-mortar operation to the foremost omnichannel furniture retailer in a digital era. I love a good challenge and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, so it’s only right I work at a great organization where the blueprints are wordless line drawings with bubble people saying to grab a hammer. In my previous role as the Sales & Supply Support Manager, I bridged the gaps between our supply chain partners, and the store team. As the technical owner of forecasting, I translated goods forecast and sales direction to action on the floor, and in turn funneled feedback from actual people into technical system input. As the Customer Service Manager, I led and managed 70+ customer-centric leaders and co-workers and developed through coaching and mentoring, with a focus on succession planning. My projects in the store included the implementation and execution of our e-commerce fulfillment strategy through Click and Collect and Click and Deliver, and maintaining and upgrading payment infrastructure such as POS systems and PED payment devices. When I’m not working, I’m with my partner pretending to know things about baseball, rolling 20 sided dice with my friends, snoozing with my dog (he’s a Very Good Boy), or trying to network my computer with the microwave.
