Key experiences- molecular cloning (PCR, mutagenesis, Gibson assembly)- recombinant protein expression (E. coli, S. cerevisiae, mammalian cells), refolding and purification (FPLC)- phage display technology and screening phage display libraries of short peptides and scFvs- recombinant phage engineering (for phage therapy, gene delivery and production of novel fluorescent probes)- cultivation of mammalian cell cultures - fluorescence microscopy- peptide / protein / antibody engineering (in vitro affinity maturation techniques)- advanced instrumental methods (SPR, microscale thermophoresis (MST), fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry). Currently, I am working on the development of universal recombinant phage-based assay platform for the detection of structurally distinct erythropoietin mimetics for the purpose of anti-doping screening. I am very enthusiastic and hardworking type of person with a strong desire for continuous learning. I always strive towards excellence and outstanding results. In my free time, I like running and enjoy playing guitar.
