About Peter Molyneux

I am a confident, articulate, highly experienced leader with a strong work ethic, who leads by example and enthusiasm to earn the trust and respect of colleagues, politicians, and partners. I am able to operate extremely effectively across a range of corporate, strategic, professional, and operational boundaries. I am a skilled communicator with well-developed emotional intelligence and a record of building consensus with internal and external stakeholders. I also have experience of cross party political engagement throughout my career. I have delivered on a variety of technical, change management and business improvement projects in a number of public sector bodies in the North; including year on year budget savings through redesigning services whilst ensuring essential service provision. My skills include developing a strategic vision and plan working with central, regional and local government backed up with a proven track record of operational delivery and successful outcomes for Members, residents, partners and businesses. I am an experienced board member and have presented to conferences, boards, and fronted press, radio and television interviews. Working with Pilotlight I have supported a number of charities to become more financially secure and provide a clear strategic vision. I am also a Trustee and council member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
