About Peter Moorhead

I have many things to be proud of and very few regrets over a full and active life as a soldier and since 2007 a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach. Milton Keynes is home since 1996 and I am fortunate to live and work in such a fabulous place I set up Celebrate Health & Fitness as a Personal Training Company but good fortune steered me to an MD of a local company who recognised the value of keeping his employees fit, well and happy long before the term "Workplace Well-Being" became fashionable. We started there at 2 hours each week in 2008 and built up with that same company for more than 50 hours each week. During the pandemic we provided on-site COVID testing for companies before they became widely available while continuing to deliver our fitness sessions, yoga practice and mental health training via Zoom or MS Teams and our massage therapies, when we could do, at the therapy suite run by Viki in Dunstable. Since the uplift of lockdown we have continued with Zoom sessions for people working from home as well as delivering in person training and health checks.
