Improvements include roofs, elevators, HVAC systems, tenant improvements, spec suites, white boxes, lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, corridors, gyms, lounges common area renovations, exterior upgrades, parking lot improvements and seismic retrofits. • Asset Management: Oversaw the performance and operations of 80 buildings covering 15 million square feet with an asset value of $1.2B. • Due Diligence: Reviewed and analyzed thousands of leases, created hundreds of Excel models, performed multiple market studies, hired teams of third-party vendors to assist in the due diligence process. • Financing: Closed approximately $700M of acquisition financing and refinances and extended investment periods through the successful restructuring of $300M of debt. • Market Knowledge and Contacts: Cultivated and maintained extensive capital market and leasing contacts plus extensive market knowledge in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Honolulu, Phoenix, Denver, and Salt Lake City.
