Delivering on this mantra, has required my strong business acumen, successful leadership ability, sales focus, empathy and a passion of a never give up attitude to succeed. The Acute Care (Patient Monitoring) portfolio is primarily made up of Capital Monitoring Products which also includes an ongoing consumable stream. A proven track record in the Acute Care Capital equipment range has driven myself to achieve Team Sales Targets, Individual Sales Targets and developing effective business strategies through strong analytical skills. My experience in the healthcare industry spans over 25 years, which due to my tenure has enabled me to provide a gold standard of clinical and technical support at all levels. I have extensive experience in coaching and developing a very highly motivated and tenured sales team including a clinical educator specialist, which has enabled me to utilse my skillsets to deliver results. The last 17 ½ years my career has been with Medtronic in medical devices as a Territory Manager, Business Development Manager, and for the last 7 Years as a Regional Sales Manager within the Acute Care and Monitoring (Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions) Portfolios.
