About Peter Mosha
Mr. Peter currently is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP). In his current position, he teaches a number of courses related to Quantitative Methods, Statistics, Research Methods, Mathematics, and Econometrics. Mr. Mosha has undertaken a number of consultancy assignments such as the preparation of a Socio-Economic Profile for the Morogoro, and Tanga regions and Kilosa, Gairo, Kondoa, and Bahi districts. He has participated in surveys including a survey of member-based microfinance institutions in five regions of the lake zone with DASIP, Evaluation of Healthcare Delivery System and Sanitation Services at the Community level (HDSS) with CMSR Tanzania. At various times he participated in training statistics-related short courses. Oversaw and guide undergraduate and Post-graduate students during their fieldwork and projects. Authored several journal articles as part of academic work. From 2009 to 2022 Mr. Mosha Coordinated Quality Assurance and control academic activities as part of administrative activities. Since 2012 he has coordinated IRDP alumni and Convocation events under the supervision of Deputy Rector Academics and also as part of administrative duties.
