About Peter Mugambi

With over 10 years of work experience in the health sector, I am a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to provide quality care and service to my patients and clients. I have a strong background in quality assurance, medicine, and public policy, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in public administration and management. I am proud to be part of the St. Theresa Mission Hospital team, where I share their vision of delivering compassionate and holistic health care to the community. As an ALS paramedic and emergency clinician, I perform patient history taking, prescribe and perform lab tests, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the telemedicine physicians to ensure effective patient care. I also apply my quality assurance skills and knowledge to ensure that the hospital adheres to the national health insurance standards and procedures. I have gained multiple skills in quality assurance analysis, medicine, and health systems management, and I am always eager to learn and grow as a professional.
