Key business achievements include: • Lead numerous operating model and organisation redesigns at executive, senior leader and for whole of business. • Implemented initiatives to remove gender bias from recruitment practices, reduce gender pay gap, increase indigenous employment, reduce psychosocial hazards. • Successfully integrated 2,500 contractors as part of an acquisition. TRIFR improved by 40%, turnover reduced by over 30%, engagement improved. • Designed Synergy’s ‘people first’ change management approach, critical to the success of Synergy’s co-created workforce Just Transition program. • Developed and executed numerous industrial relations strategies, saving tens of millions of dollars annually for several organisations. • Designed and implemented total reward strategies to support aggressive growth programs, and to reduce gender pay gaps, • Enable high performance teams. I consistently have top quartile and decile Gallup engagement scores for my teams, including increased engagement/culture scores whilst downsizing and outsourcing work to global entity. Inclusive and collaborative approach to leadership. • Delivered several technology solutions (globally and local) for recruitment, learning management system, payroll).
